• Minimum service time is 4 hours and maximum is 10 hours per day.

Procedure

1. Check with us first about your itinerary and about how long it will take
2. Confirm the plan and complete the payment via invoice we send
3. As soon as a guide is assigned, we notify guests
4. The guest will meet the guide of the day of the reservation

Note

• If you wish to reserve more than 2 guides, or if you need a guide for another language (French, German, Spanish, Chinese etc) contact us from this page.
• If you need guide service for more than 10 hours in one day, contact us for further details.
• The guide does not help with making restaurant reservations, but they will give you suggestions if necessary.

Cancellation policy

• more than 14 days before - 100% refund
• 8~13 days before - 70% refund
• 3~7 days before - 50% refund
• 2 day before - 30% refund
• 0~1 days before - 0% refund
