Send us an email with your profile (your name, email address, company name, role, country etc) and brief introduction of your existing tour request if you already have one. If you don’t have existing tours but would like to become partners with us, tell us about your typical clients and tours. We get back to you as soon as we can.

If we think you and we are a great fit, we invite you to access our travel agent account - Neco. In Neco, you find a bunch of sample tours as well as cancellation policy and useful information.

Now create a tour. You can start by cloning from a list of sample itineraries and customize it however you require. If you don’t find any good ones, we can make a new one from scratch.

Once the itinerary is confirmed, we start making reservations. Note that we require you book accommodations in our hotel booking system integrated in Neco, which offers a broad range of options and competitive rates that equal major OTAs, unless for special reasons such as you have direct contracts with particular hotels or we cannot find the particular hotel in our booking system.
Send us a deposit once the tour is confirmed. We contact you the status of tour arrangements (ticket reservation, guide arrangement etc). Complete the balance payment by 2~4 weeks before arrival.

Your client arrives and we take care of the rest!
