Tailor-made tours

Our staff are Japan enthusiasts with excellent knowledge of the country. Although each member has their own niche field, we all have a true desire to present to you the spirit of “The Land of the Rising Sun”. We make tailor-made tours for you.

Direct communication

There is no middleman between you and us. Being a small business, we are allowed to take our time to listen and communicate properly with each of our clients. Working closely with you enables us to understand your needs, making us able to produce a completely customized and truly unique travel experience.

Groups

As a nimble Japan specialist travel agency, we do all necessary bookings and arrangements on behalf of groups. Purpose, length, budget, size. We know each group is different but we still propose what is best for you.

Guide

We know guides make and break the tours. Therefore, we carefully choose guides who are best and most suitable for each client. Obviously, English is the most popular language, but we have worked with guides of various languages; French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Italian, Chinese.

  • We have built good relationships with many guides in key destinations
  • We have identified the best guides who can do long tours as well as FITs
  • We communicate well with guides to make our work better, before, during, and after the tours.

Transfer

As many bus and taxi companies still use phone or fax as a communication tool, it is not as easy as you imagine to arrange the best transfers in Japan without fail for your important clients, let alone the language barriers you may face with each supplier.

We have worked with many bus and taxi companies, and we have identified the best transfer solutions in and between each destination.

Accommodation

Finding accommodation for groups and VIPs can be a challenge. In high seasons, rooms are booked out well in advance and rates spike up. Holding rooms for groups need good personal connection with hotel managers. Communicating detailed requests of your VIP clients with hotels also require good relationship with hotels. As a Japan specialized DMC, we can offer smooth accommodation booking and detailed services that follow.

We have

  • Identified the best hotels in key destinations
  • Built good relationship with hotel managers in key destinations
  • Negotiated flexible terms and conditions as well as reasonable rates for group bookings

Restaurant

Restaurant reservation comes in the last part of our tour arrangement, but it does not mean that this is the least important part. As we all know, this is as crucial as other parts.

Finding good and suitable restaurants from millions of options and securing the seats requires a lot of prior knowledge and often a good network.
