Microbus in Japan

Posted on Posted in Blog

As a destination management company, Next Japan Travel often receives questions from our overseas business partners about the quality of buses, most of which asks if they are new or not.

I say ‘don’t worry’. In Japan, every private vehicle has to go to maintenance every two years, and moreover, every business use vehicle has to do it every year.

Most of them are brand new or looks very new, and even if they are not, they won’t look too old and the quality won’t be a matter of worry.

Today Next Japan Travel made a new partnership with local microbus company. They have several Toyota Hiace 14 seaters as well as 4 microbus of 22 seaters. With this partnership, we are now able to work more flexible to smaller groups who come to Osaka, Kyoto and Kansai region.

I must say that there aren’t too many buses which have wifi or power supply in the vehicle, but with the rapid growth of inbound tourism over the last few years, there are more and more bus companies who launch those buses equipped with the smartphone adapted tools. This microbus company does have fleet with the equipments too.

If you have small group clients to Kansai or you plan to travel Kansai with small group of people, do let us know!
